1. Window Replacement at Schloss Freudenfels
   All windows at Schloss Freudenfels are being gradually replaced. The old windows in the building are no longer airtight, leading to significant heat loss and a much higher demand for heating energy than necessary. New windows with a sun protection factor are being installed to prevent heat intrusion during the summer.
2. Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products
   In our housekeeping operations, we use cleaning products from EM-Kraft, ensuring environmentally responsible, professional cleaning based on microorganisms. 3. Promoting Public Transport Use
   Schloss Freudenfels is not directly accessible by public transport. Employees traveling by train must walk approximately 20–30 minutes from Eschenz station to the castle. Through our project "Saving Car Kilometers Together," we encourage alternatives such as carpooling, e-bikes, walking, or cycling. At the end of the year, the collective success in reducing CO2 emissions through these alternatives will be celebrated with a team outing.

Our projects are regularly updated and adapted to current needs. A dedicated project team analyzes our operations every two months to develop new measures.
